Snowflake 100 Last Chance Qualifier
Kyle Ivey started on the pole of the Snowflake Last Chance Qualifier and led the first eleven laps before Wes Griffith and Jake Johnson sent Ivey to third.
A couple of quick yellows for a spinning AJ Wernette set up a late race restart that introduced Steve Dorer and Dustin Smith into the fray.
A scary moment for Bobby Reuse and Charlie Keeven slowed things a bit, as Reuse, making his final attempt at starting the Snowflake 100, got extremely loose coming off turn two while running in fifth place. While trying to correct his car, Reuse collected a hard charging Charlie Keevan, destroying both cars in the process. Both drivers climbed out okay.
The race went clean from there to the finish, which saw Jake Johnson take the win, and Wes Griffith, Steve Dorer and Dustin Smith all advancing to the main event, Snowflake 100.

Snowball Derby Last Chance Qualifier
Augie Grill led the field of drivers to green in the Snowball Derby Last Chance Qualifier and led the first half of the race.
Chase Elliott methodically worked his way up through the field and to the lead by halfway.
As you would expect, the action really heated up with eleven to go as Noah Gragson muscled his way by Austin Nason for the transfer spot, bringing Chandler Smith with him. Smith had started dead last after being DQ’d in qualifying.
With eight to go, Smith used the bump and run to force his way by Gragson off of turn four, getting Gragson loose, and allowing Sammy Smith to get by the former Derby winner.
Up front, Chase Elliott cruised to the win, with Augie Grill, Derek Griffith and Chandler Smith all advancing into the 53rd Annual Snowball Derby.
Unlike the wreckfest of 2019, this race went wire-to-wire, caution free.
